Meet Our Team of Professionals

As Founder & CEO of Product Matrix, Dr. Saqib Anwar Siddiqui translates two decades of leadership into frameworks that bridge human behavior and organizational performance. His doctorate in Leadership & Management Studies centers on Emotional Intelligence, Resistance to Change, and Individual Innovation—areas he now applies directly to product strategy and venture design.

His 23-year career spans the software industry, banking, education, and international development. He has led HR transformation, project design, and monitoring & evaluation across sectors, while serving on advisory boards and as visiting faculty. A registered Social Scientist (PASTIC), he has authored operational manuals, university feasibility studies, and UN SDG-aligned development proposals.

At Product Matrix, Dr. Siddiqui brings this multidisciplinary depth to bear on building products, systems, and learning architectures that last. His work is grounded in evidence, designed for scale, and driven by a simple conviction: that lasting innovation starts with how people think.
